The annual Junior MANRRS Leadership Institute is designed to inspire students in grades 7-12 to pursue a career in science, technology, engineering, agriculture and mathematics (STEAM) fields. To date, more than 30 students involved in Junior MANRRS have declared a major in the Martin-Gatton CAFE. The 13th annual Junior MANRRS Leadership Institute is set for Dec. 6-7, 2024.
